Role & responsibilities Required Qualifications & Skills: 1.) Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2.) 1-3 years of experience in accounting. 3.) Proficiency in Tally and Zoho Books. 4.) Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. 5.) Ability to reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records. 6.) Familiarity with tax compliance and reporting requirements. 7.) Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 8.) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities: 1.) Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions in Tally and Zoho Books. 2.) Process routine accounting entries, including invoices, payments, and expenses. 3.) Perform monthly closing activities, including balancing and matching general ledgers. 4.) Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers. 5.) Identify and rectify discrepancies in financial data on a periodic basis. 6.) Ensure compliance with tax deadlines by preparing and submitting financial records timely. 7.) Assist in preparing financial reports as per company requirements. 8.) Collaborate with auditors and tax consultants to ensure smooth compliance processes.
