IMC is looking for committed and capable accounting professionals, including MBA, M.Com and CA/CMA articleship completed candidates, who are interested in gaining practical exposure, direct client handling experience, and long-term career growth in the field of accounting, audit, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping work
• Direct interaction with clients and managing assigned client requirements
• Assisting in internal audits and visiting client offices (short-distance travel only)
• Preparation and support for GST, Income Tax, and audit-related compliance
• Meeting statutory and client deadlines with guidance from seniors
• Exposure to real-time practical accounting, audit, and taxation scenarios

Working Hours & Flexibility:

• Normal working hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM ( Flexible )
• Flexible working hours during audit and taxation peak periods
• Occasional Work From Home facility in unavoidable situations
• Employee-friendly and supportive office environment

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or taxation
• Educational Qualification:
• MBA or M.Com with relevant practical exposure
• CA or CMA Articleship completed will be an added advantage

Required Software & Technical Skills:

• Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
• Practical exposure to GST compliance (returns, reconciliations, filings)
• Basic knowledge of Income Tax & TDS compliances
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation
• Audit working paper preparation knowledge will be an advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates residing within 10 KM of Ollur, Thrissur will be preferred
• Willingness to travel locally to client offices
• Ability to handle practical work with responsibility
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak compliance periods
• Interest in learning real-life professional and compliance challenges

Compensation & Growth:

• Salary Range: ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and performance
• Salary revision and growth opportunities based on job performance and improvements
• Strong learning curve with exposure to direct client handling and real practical situations
