Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage all day-to-day US accounting operations on an
accrual basis
Prepare and maintain key financial statements for US operations, including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Handle and maintain detailed records for US accounts payable.
Process multi-state US payroll and related compliance activities, ensuring accurate records for all US-based staff.
Assist the CFO with consolidated reporting.
Provide dedicated accounting support for projects and transactions.
Assist with the preparation of documents required for US tax returns.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
File 1099 etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of professional accounting experience, with significant hands-on experience in
US accounting principles (US GAAP)
. This is a mandatory requirement.
Proven experience with US book-keeping, payroll, accounts payable, and financial statement preparation.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
