Senior Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting functions including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control activities.
Prepare MIS reports and assist management in financial analysis and decision-making.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely filing of returns and reports.
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to company policies and financial control systems.

Education & Qualification

B.Com / M.Com
with strong accounting background.
Experience:
510 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Proficient in
Tally ERP / accounting software
and
MS Excel
.
Sound knowledge of
GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
