Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Reporting:

• End-to-end accounting and books finalization
• Bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny
• Month-end and year-end closing
• Preparation of financial statements & MIS reports

GST Compliance (End-to-End):

• GST registration, amendments, and regular compliance
• Filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B
• GSTR-2B reconciliation and mismatch resolution
• Handling GST notices, replies, and departmental coordination
• E-invoicing and E-way bill compliance

TDS & Statutory Compliance:

• TDS computation and deductions
• Filing of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.)
• Generation of Form 16 / 16A
• TRACES handling and return corrections

EXIM Operations:

• Accounting for import & export transactions
• Understanding of LUT and IGST on exports
• Coordination with CHA and documentation
• Foreign currency accounting and reconciliation

Must-Have Skill Set:

• Strong hands-on experience in accounting
• Practical exposure to

  GST & TDS (end-to-end)

• Working knowledge of

  EXIM operations

• Experience with ERP / accounting software
• Ability to handle assignments independently

• Exposure to multiple industries
• Experience in process setup or ERP-based environments
