Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations related to
real estate projects
(land acquisition, construction, leasing, sales, etc.).
Prepare and review
project cost statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements
.
Manage
accounts payable and receivable
, including vendor payments, client collections, and reconciliations.
Oversee
RERA compliance, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
.
Coordinate with clients, vendors & internal teams for seamless execution

Requirements:

Experience:
5-8 years of experience in accounting.
Strong knowledge of
real estate project accounting, taxation (GST, TDS), and compliance
.
Proficiency in
ERP/Tally, Advance Excel, and financial reporting tools
.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a small finance team
