Job Description

As a member of the Stock Administration team at Qualcomm India Private Limited, your primary role will be to support and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. You will be responsible for various tasks including transaction processing, accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and database maintenance related to Qualcomms equity plans. Your duties will involve hands-on administration of equity plans on E*TRADE, such as Stock Options, RSUs, and a global ESPP, along with related accounting processes. Key Responsibilities: - Support day-to-day administration of the companys equity programs, processing new equity awards, exercises, cancellations, and repurchases. - Maintain accurate participant information in Equity Edge Online (EEO)/E*TRADE database. - Provide excellent service to all plan participants by responding to inquiries about equity programs. - Prepare reports for internal partners, respond to ad hoc data requests, and assist in employee trainings and communications. - Ensure compliance with US and international tax laws regarding equity incentives and manage Quarter End, RSU, ESPP activities, and other filings under tight deadlines. - Process transfers internationally and domestically, perform audits, reconciliations, v-lookups, data edits, and complex calculations. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and foreign regulations and manage relations with third-party administrators and captive brokers. - Audit New Hires and Terminations in EEO per SOX requirements, enhance efficiencies, data accuracy, and resolve issues related to equity plans. - Perform US GAAP accounting activities related to stock-based compensation, including journal entries, GL analysis, and variance analysis. - Prepare monthly and quarterly account reconciliations and reporting schedules. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree. - 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Strong analytical skills. - Excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization. - Excellent written and verbal fluency in English. - Flexible to work in Night shifts (preferable in US time zone). Preferred Skills: - 3+ years of experience in equity administration using the Equity Edge Online platform. - Proficiency in applications such as E*TRADE Client Resource Center, Equity Edge Online, and Workday. - Understanding of various stock plans - RSUs, ESPP, and Stock Options. - Knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax regulations related to equity compensation. - Knowledge of accounting for stock-based compensation under US GAAP and IFRS. - Understanding of international tax laws concerning equity programs. - Experience with Oracle ERP.,
