Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Finalization:

Prepare and finalize day to day, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of ledgers, trial balances, and financial records.
Reconcile accounts and correct discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintaing the Day wise clear accounting book in appreciation manually

GST Compliance:

Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
Manage GST reconciliation, input tax credit (ITC) tracking, and resolve mismatches.
Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all GST laws and updates.

Bookkeeping & Accounting:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including purchases sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Handle multiple company accounts/books simultaneously with accuracy.

Tally Prime Operations:

Maintain all financial data using
Tally Prime
including inventory, banking, invoicing, and payroll modules.
Generate reports such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and ledger summaries.

Audit Support:

Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Provide required reports, reconciliations, and documentation.

Everyday Monitoring with C.A

Banking & Reconciliation:

Prepare bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations.
Manage payments, receipts, and petty cash transactions.
