**Job Description:** As a Financial Reporting specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Your role will involve: - Ensuring Tax Compliance by adhering to various tax regulations including TDS, GST, and corporate tax filings. - Providing Audit Support by coordinating with external auditors and furnishing necessary documentation for audits. - Conducting Financial Analysis by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and offering insights for business decision-making. - Assisting in Budgeting and Forecasting processes to support financial planning. - Staying informed about changes in tax laws and financial regulations to ensure Compliance. - Utilizing accounting software packages like BUSY and Tally for Financial Reporting tasks. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee the accuracy of financial data. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in TDS and Excel, including Advance Excel. - Knowledge of financial software like BUSY and Tally. *Note: The Job Type is Full-time with benefits including Cell phone reimbursement, Internet reimbursement, and Paid sick time.
