Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the financial health of the organization. 2. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and financial laws. 3. Develop and execute cash flow management strategies. 4. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities from scratch to profit and loss statements (P&L). 5. Supervise and guide a team of accountants in day-to-day operations. 6. Prepare and analyze financial reports for management decision-making. 7. Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) for financial data. 8. Provide financial projections and analysis for future growth opportunities. 9. Collaborate with senior management to drive strategic financial initiatives. 10. Conduct financial research and analysis to support business decision-making. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA is preferred. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. 3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements. 4. Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting. 5. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with a team. 6. Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel for complex financial modeling. 7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
