Senior Account Manager - Digital (Advisory)

As a Senior Account Manager at Edelman's Digital Advisory team, you will play a crucial role in driving analytics design and providing innovative approaches to derive insights from both unstructured and structured digital data. Your responsibilities will include leading day-to-day account management, scoping research/analytics projects, and ensuring the operational performance of accounts. You will be expected to translate high-level business problems of clients into actionable analytics objectives, deliver strategic insights to drive business outcomes, and build strong client relationships. Additionally, you will lead a diverse team of digital specialists in a fast-paced environment, applying data science techniques to derive meaning from digital big data. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business field with at least 4 years of work experience. You should have technical acumen and experience in qualitative and quantitative analytics, customer data platforms, web analytics, and predictive modeling. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R is required. Strong communication skills, structured thinking, and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks in a technology-oriented environment are essential. Business acumen, including the ability to challenge the status quo, differentiate between outcomes and outputs, and work collaboratively in a team setting, will be key to success in this role.
