Description
As a Sales Executive at Ampcome, a high-growth, founder-led AI startup based in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in leading the full sales cycle and educating customers on our category-defining AI platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Running the full sales motion which involves discovery, deep scoping, demo, solutioning, proposal, and close - Converting SDR-set meetings into qualified pipeline - Navigating complex buying committees including CIO, CDO, COO, Analytics, Data Engineering - Selling a category-defining AI platform by educating customers on the limitations of traditional BI, the shift to agentic analytics, and the unique capabilities of our platform in performing multi-step tasks - Driving value-based sales with a focus on autonomous insight generation, data correlation, workflow automation, monitoring, alerts, and decision automation at scale - Building the sales playbook by improving pitch, demo, objection handling, documenting buyer personas, and creating repeatable processes Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, analytics, AI, or automation sales - Proven track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals - Ability to simplify technical concepts such as semantic layer, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and data fusion - Strong discovery and consultative selling skills - Comfortable engaging with both technical and business leadership - Demonstrates high ownership, startup scrappiness, and an execution mindset It would be great if you have: - Experience selling analytics/BI platforms like Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Looker, Qlik - Exposure to selling AI, data platforms, and automation tools - Familiarity with multi-step workflows, agent-based systems, and enterprise data architectures Join us at Ampcome and be part of a team that is revolutionizing the analytics space by providing an AI-native, agentic analytics platform.,
