They provide detailed information about admission processes, eligibility, curriculum, and future opportunities. The counsellor helps students develop effective study habits, time management skills, and strategies to overcome academic challenges. They regularly interact with parents and guardians to update them on student progress and address concerns. Academic Counsellors also organize orientation sessions, workshops, and seminars to create awareness about educational and career options. They assist students in setting realistic academic and career goals through one-on-one counselling sessions. The role requires staying updated with the latest trends in education, training programs, and industry demands. Additionally, they maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, student performance, and follow-up actions.
