Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to prospective students and parents.
Understand learner needs and guide them to suitable programs.
Handle objections and negotiate pricing to close enrollments.
Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build trust and rapport with clients through effective communication.
Stay well-informed about all products and services.

Strong sales acumen and goal-oriented mindset.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.

Job Requirements:

6-day work week (Monday fixed off).
Must have your own laptop or desktop with internet access.
