Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Academic Counselor to join our team at our uphill, Manjeri - Malappuram Road office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in overseas education consultancy, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about guiding students in shaping their international academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on study options abroad, including country, course, university, and visa processes
• Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries effectively
• Assess student profiles and guide them in making well-informed decisions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on university admission policies, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities
• Coordinate with universities and relevant internal departments for seamless processing
• Follow up with prospective students and ensure high conversion rates
• Achieve monthly targets related to student enrollments and counseling sessions
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in an overseas education consultancy firm
• Strong knowledge of study abroad destinations such as the UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage
