Senior 3D Artist (Landscape)

We're seeking a talented 3D Landscape Artist to create photorealistic outdoor environments for real estate development projects. You'll transform architectural visions into compelling landscape visualizations that help clients showcase their properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and model 3D landscape environments for residential and commercial real estate projects
• Create realistic outdoor scenes including terrain, vegetation, hardscapes, and site amenities
• Develop high quality renders that align with architectural designs and client specifications
• Collaborate with architects and project teams to ensure accuracy and visual appeal
• Optimize models for various presentation formats and rendering outputs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a 3D Landscape Artist or similar role
• Proficiency in 3D Studio Max (essential)

Experience with V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar rendering engines

• Familiarity with AutoCAD
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real estate landscape visualization work
• Understanding of landscape design principles, architectural scales, and real estate presentation standards
• Knowledge of materials, textures, lighting, and rendering techniques
• Ability to interpret site plans, architectural drawings, and technical specifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
