Senior 3D Artist

As a talented and versatile Generalist Artist with 2+ years of experience in modelling, texturing, rigging, and animation, your role will involve creating detailed 3D models for characters, props, and environments. You will apply textures and materials to enhance realism and style, rig characters and mechanical objects for smooth motion and deformation, and animate assets for scenes and storytelling. Collaboration with designers, art directors, and developers to meet project requirements, optimizing assets for visual fidelity and performance, staying updated on industry trends, and iterating on work based on feedback are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed 3D models for characters, props, and environments - Apply textures and materials to enhance realism and style - Rig characters and mechanical objects for smooth motion and deformation - Animate assets for scenes, sequences, and storytelling - Collaborate with designers, art directors, and developers to meet project requirements - Optimize assets for visual fidelity and performance - Review feedback and iterate on work for the best results - Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience as a 3D Generalist Artist - Strong knowledge of modelling, texturing, rigging, and animation pipelines - Proficiency in tools like Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or equivalent - Experience with Substance Painter, Mari, or other texturing software is a plus - Solid understanding of topology, UV mapping, shading, and lighting - Ability to work independently and in teams under tight deadlines - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Creative mindset and keen eye for detail In addition to the exciting responsibilities and qualifications required, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects in a collaborative and supportive work culture.
