As a Senior Art Director at Smapit, you will play a crucial role in leading the creative vision and execution of high-quality campaigns across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the creative development of advertising campaigns, branding projects, and multimedia visuals from concept to execution. - Collaborating with the creative, strategy, and production teams to align on client objectives and deliver creative solutions. - Overseeing and mentoring a team of designers, animators, and other creatives, ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables. - Conceptualizing and executing innovative 3D, AR, and CGI-based designs that resonate with target audiences. - Driving the creation of visually striking social media, digital, and traditional advertising materials. - Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and design techniques, integrating them into creative strategies. - Presenting creative concepts and campaigns to internal stakeholders and clients, articulating design decisions effectively. - Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Smapit's high-quality standards. You are expected to possess exceptional artistic skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the digital and 3D design landscapes. Additionally, you will be working in a dynamic and innovative creative agency specializing in cutting-edge 3D design, AR, CGI, and advertising. Qualifications required for this role include: - A strong background in art direction, graphic design, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in leading successful creative projects. - Effective communication skills. - The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - A passion for staying updated with industry trends.
