Job Description

Note - We are an alternate Saturdays' half-day working organization.

Complete work from office/ No hybrid Mode or WFH

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and coordination of
Statutory Audit
reports and related documentation
Conduct
revenue analysis
to support financial planning and business decisions
Manage and monitor
trade receivables
, including aging analysis and follow-ups
Support
monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
Prepare and maintain
accounting records
in compliance with statutory requirements
Assist in the preparation of
financial statements
, reports, and reconciliations
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.

Requirements:

Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (cleared IPCC/Intermediate CA exams)
24 years of relevant experience in accounting or audit functions
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Dynamics, etc.)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ERP systems
Prior exposure to audit processes in a corporate or CA firm setting
