Looking after implementation of SAPCRM software system as well as SOP as per ISO norms & Sales Manual. Team Management & Development Lead & monitor the performance of a team to achieve their individual BD targets Support field team through Business Development Manager. Ensure field team gets timely back office support & convert maximum no of inquiries to orders. Monitoring entire team activities through periodical review meeting & ensure business development based on Sales target. Conduct regular internal meeting, training and development sessions to boost the technical and soft skills of the team members To arrange complete product and commercial training to the sales & mktg. team. To train executive for Tele Calling cold calling for generation of quality leads with effective communication Training. Create and sustain a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high Performance amongst team members. Updating KRA base monthly performance of team to HR. Marketing Monitor Digital Marketing Executive activities like website management, Google advertisement, Search Engine Optimization, E-commerce marketing etc. Participation in exhibition & handling pre-post activities from booking to stall designing, arrangement of logistics for stall display. Oversee promotions of Surelock Brand on Social Media. Responsible for preparation of advertisement & other promotional activities. Additional Skills Excellent written, oral communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multi-task, Go getter, positive Attitude Eye for detailing Well-versed with MS Office Good in networking Location-Churchgate
