Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Selling Specialist located in Durgapur. The Selling Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and driving sales. The role includes engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and training new sales personnel. The Selling Specialist will ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving sales targets.

• Proven Sales and Product Knowledge abilities
• Experience in Training and mentoring sales personnel
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
