Ltd. – Driving Global Trade in Engineering & Agro Industries Are you passionate about international business and client engagement? We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and target-driven Sales Executive to strengthen our export-import division. Position: Sales Executive – Export/Import Location: Lanva, Patan, Gujarat (Office-based) Industry: Engineering Machinery / Agro Machinery / Chemicals Experience Required: 3–4 Years (Export-Import Sales Only) Key Responsibilities: Handle international and domestic B2B sales inquiries related to oil machinery, solar modules, CNC parts, agro/chemical exports. Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign buyers, distributors, and partners. Prepare and manage quotations, proforma invoices, commercial documents, and negotiations. Communicate fluently in English over calls, emails, Zoom/Google Meets. Attend trade exhibitions and generate leads through B2B platforms. Coordinate with factory, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth order execution. Maintain CRM and reporting dashboards for sales progress. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Export/Import Sales (preferably in machinery/engineering/chemicals/agro sectors). Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Friendly, presentable, and professional in client interaction. Knowledge of Incoterms, LC/TT, DGFT/ICEGATE basics, international shipping norms. Computer proficiency – MS Office, Email Drafting, CRM software, etc. Graduation in Commerce/Business/Engineering. Export Management Certification preferred.
