Selenium C# Test Automation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Selenium C# Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an individual contributor role where you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of robust test automation frameworks for both web applications and REST APIs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent C# programming abilities and a strong understanding of the entire testing lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Framework Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient test automation frameworks using Selenium with C#. Implement and enhance API automation frameworks for comprehensive REST API testing. Test Script Creation & Management: Independently create, deploy, and maintain automated test scripts for various functionalities. Conduct thorough REST API testing and integrate automation solutions. Collaboration & Communication: Present automation progress and demonstrations to clients and stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Quality Assurance Best Practices: Apply a strong understanding of testing lifecycles, test metrics, review processes, and sign-off procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the test automation landscape. Required Skills & Experience: Total Years of Experience: 5+ years Relevant Years of Experience: 5+ years in Test Automation Mandatory Technical Skills: Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application automation. Proficiency in C# programming language with a strong grasp of object-oriented principles. Proven experience in REST API testing and automation. Desired Skills: In-depth understanding of various testing lifecycles (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Familiarity with testing metrics and reporting. Experience with review and sign-off processes for test artifacts. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor with minimal supervision. Additional Information: Background Check: Post onboarding Shift Work: No standard daylight shifts are required. Approximate Vendor Rate: INR 9200 per day
