Job Description

Fusion SCM Cost Management team is looking for a full-time automation test engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. Experience in developing automation using Selenium or OATS in an Agile development environment. The candidate will build and execute automated test scripts. The candidate will also help develop and enhance the automation framework, educate automation developers on best practices, and debug and resolve technical challenges. What we will want you to have - 3-5 years developing automation using Selenium - Experience working in an Agile environment - Experience in developing Test/Unit cases/Test Plans/Integration Test Plans - Should have experience working in a Scrum team - Should be able to work in Agile - Experience with managing requirements -traceability and defect tracking - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team. Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions. As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods. Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
