International US Mortgage Non-Voice Process Executive

Shift

Fixed Night Shift (Saturday and Sunday Off)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive International US Mortgage Non-Voice Process Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle mortgage loan processing activities for US-based clients, primarily focusing on non-voice tasks such as document review, data verification, underwriting support, and compliance checks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle US mortgage loan processing activities with minimal or no voice interactions.
Review and verify mortgage documents, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with clients, agents, and internal teams via email and chat to facilitate smooth loan processing.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
Ensure timely completion of loan processing tasks while adhering to quality standards.
Support process improvements and adhere to standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in US mortgage processing (non-voice process).
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
