Security Supervisor

You will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at the site, managing a team of security personnel, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining a secure environment for employees, clients, and assets. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and managing daily operations of security staff, preparing duty rosters, assigning shifts, and ensuring optimal manpower deployment. You will also be required to monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems regularly, conduct patrols and inspections of the premises, ensure adherence to company security protocols and emergency procedures, handle incidents and emergencies, and liaise with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and mentoring security guards, providing ongoing guidance, and maintaining daily reports, attendance records, and incident logs. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 12th pass education with a preference for graduates, along with at least 2 years of experience as a Security Supervisor, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting. You should possess knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and surveillance systems, as well as demonstrate leadership and team management skills. Being physically fit and able to work flexible shifts is essential for this role. Local candidates are preferred, or you should be willing to relocate.
