Job Description

We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the security operations at our site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of security personnel, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining a secure environment for employees, clients, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily operations of security staff at the assigned location
Prepare duty rosters, assign shifts, and ensure manpower deployment is optimal
Monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems regularly
Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises
Ensure adherence to all company security protocols and emergency procedures
Handle incidents, emergencies, and report generation
Liaise with local law enforcement or emergency services if required
Train and mentor security guards; provide ongoing guidance
Maintain daily reports, attendance records, and incident logs

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
2+ years of experience as a Security Supervisor (industrial or commercial preferred)
Knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and surveillance systems
Leadership and team management skill
Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts
Local candidates preferred or willing to relocate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
