Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel at the assigned site.
Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure and personnel are alert.
Prepare and maintain duty rosters and ensure manpower deployment as per site requirements.
Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and behavior of guards.
Respond to incidents, emergencies, or alarms and take appropriate actions.
Maintain detailed incident reports and daily reports for management review.
Train and guide new guards on SOPs, site-specific duties, and emergency protocols.
Act as the point of contact between the client and the security team.
Ensure all security equipment is functional and report any malfunctions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
Minimum 2 years of experience in the security industry.
Age: 25 45 years.
Physically fit and medically cleared.
No criminal background.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation.
Familiarity with security systems like CCTV, access control, and fire safety.
Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
