Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Field Officer to join our security services team. The Field Officer will play a critical role in managing field operations, ensuring smooth deployment of security guards, and maintaining high service standards. This position requires excellent people management skills, a focus on guard welfare, and the ability to regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Guard Recruitment and Data Management: Source, interview, and recruit security guards. Maintain and update guard data, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date. Site Visits and Client Engagement: Conduct regular site visits to monitor guard performance and ensure compliance with deployment standards. Collect feedback from clients regarding guard performance and address any concerns promptly. Guard Welfare Management: Oversee the welfare of guards, including accommodation, food arrangements, and health needs. Serve as the point of contact for guards, addressing their concerns and ensuring job satisfaction. Operations and Compliance: Ensure all sites are adequately staffed and manage any vacant positions using a floating team. Implement and monitor adherence to company policies, including the PSARA guidelines. Quality Assurance: Work closely with Inspection Officers and other stakeholders to uphold service quality. Provide detailed reports on site visits, feedback collected, and operational updates. Training and Development: Identify training needs for guards and coordinate with the training department to arrange sessions. Ensure guards are well-trained and prepared to meet client expectations. Qualifications and Skills Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field operations, preferably in the security services industry. Skills: Strong recruitment and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data management tools. Knowledge of security industry standards and compliance (PSARA certification is a plus).
