Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

SAP Security Management:
Lead and manage SAP Security across S/4HANA and ECC environments, with a strong emphasis on S/4HANA over the last 5+ years.
Role Design & Administration:
Create and maintain individual and composite roles, ensuring compliance with organizational security policies.
Security Standards Development:
Design, implement, and enforce security standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across SAP systems.
Risk & Compliance:
Ensure SAP security aligns with audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Support:
Collaborate with functional, technical, and audit teams to diagnose and resolve security-related issues.
Leadership:
Act as a lead security specialist, guiding teams and ensuring high-quality security configurations and processes.

Job Requirements:

1015 years of solid experience working in SAP Security.
Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Security (mandatory for the last 5+ years).
Experience in SAP ECC Security.
Proven ability to design and manage SAP roles (single, derived, and composite roles).
Experience in establishing SAP security standards, governance, and best practices.
Ability to work fully remote with occasional travel.
