Security Site Operation Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing all security operations at a specific site. This includes managing a team of security guards, implementing and enforcing security policies, hiring, training, and supervising security guards assigned to the site. You will also be in charge of scheduling shifts and ensuring adequate staffing levels. Your role will involve developing and implementing site-specific security policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in security management, preferably within a similar site operations role. Strong leadership and supervisory skills are essential to effectively manage a team of security personnel. Experience in site management, manpower deployment, and handling is required. Additionally, you will be responsible for bringing new sites and closing the manpower requirements as needed. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts with a performance bonus.
