Security Operations Center Analyst-Hyderabad/Bangalore

You will be responsible for leading a team as a Technical Account Manager in (MDR) Services / Security Operations Centre (SOC) Manager to safeguard customers" information assets. Your role will involve overseeing incident detection and response, utilizing advanced security technologies, coordinating with stakeholders, developing incident response plans, and leading and managing a team of security analysts and incident responders. Additionally, you will need to stay updated on cybersecurity threats, leverage threat intelligence for proactive identification, deploy cutting-edge security technologies, ensure compliance, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee monitoring, detection, analysis, and response to security incidents and threats in real-time. - Utilize advanced security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, TIP & MDR solutions for enhanced visibility and response capabilities. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to investigate and resolve security incidents promptly. - Lead and manage a team of security analysts and incident responders, providing guidance, mentoring, and support. - Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and trends, and incorporate threat intelligence into security operations. - Deploy cutting-edge security technologies and tools to support MDR services or SOC operations. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to cybersecurity and incident response. - Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to senior management on the organization's security posture and incidents. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC). - Proven 4 years of experience in managing MDR services or SOC operations in a dynamic environment. - Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscape, attack vectors, and defence mechanisms. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Hands-on experience with advanced security technologies and tools. - Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Continuous learning mindset with a commitment to staying updated on the latest cybersecurity trends.,
