To ensure the safety, security, dignity, and well-being of residents, visitors, and staff within the retirement living facility, with special attention to female residents and sensitive situations requiring a lady security officer.

Maintain constant vigilance over the premises to ensure the safety of residents, staff, and visitors.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor credentials, and maintain visitor logs.
Assist female residents respectfully during emergencies, medical situations, or security checks.
Patrol common areas, residential blocks, corridors, and outdoor spaces at regular intervals.
Respond promptly and calmly to emergencies such as medical incidents, fire alarms, or security alerts.
Coordinate with nursing staff, administration, and emergency services when required.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or violations of facility policies.
Ensure residents with memory-related issues or mobility limitations do not leave the premises unattended.
Support crowd control and security arrangements during events, outings, or celebrations.
Maintain proper documentation of incidents, visitor entries, and daily security reports.
Uphold residents’ privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
Follow all safety protocols, SOPs, and emergency response procedures.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
