About Q Scans

Q Scans is a leading radiology and diagnostic centre in Erode known for quality patient care and advanced medical imaging. We are currently hiring a Security Guard (Watchman) with good experience in hospital or medical facility security.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and safeguard hospital premises.
• Control entry and exit of visitors, patients, and vehicles.
• Maintain visitor entry and parking discipline.
• Supervise gate activities, and ensure premises safety.
• Support staff during emergencies or patient rush hours.
• Ensure night shift security and locking routines are followed properly.
• Report any suspicious activity or incidents immediately to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a security guard (hospital or clinic preferred).
• Physically fit, alert, and disciplined.
• Ability to handle visitors and patients politely and confidently.
• Basic Tamil communication required.
• Ex-servicemen or trained security personnel preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month (based on experience).
• Uniform and ID card provided.
