Security Guard

We are looking for a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and visitors. You will do this by monitoring activities and enforcing policies to maintain a secure environment. As a Security Guard, you will be required to respond to emergencies promptly. You will be trained to act quickly and effectively in situations such as fires, medical emergencies, or criminal activities to minimize risks and ensure the safety of everyone on the premises. Observing and reporting any dangerous situations will be a crucial part of your role. After handling the situation, you will need to inspect the area to ensure there are no further threats and report the crisis to your superior to prevent future issues. Monitoring alarms and responding to them in a timely manner will also be one of your responsibilities to minimize the risk of any human casualties. You will be conducting regular security checks and inspections to prevent security breaches and maintain a safe environment for everyone. In case of any issues, you may need to collaborate with local law enforcement agencies for assistance. Your training will equip you to detect suspicious or abnormal activities and handle them efficiently to prevent any drastic incidents. Enforcing rules and regulations is another key aspect of your role. You will be responsible for ensuring that everyone on the premises follows company policies and laws to maintain order and security. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, provided food, and health insurance. The work schedule is during the night shift, and there is a yearly bonus offered. The ideal candidate should have at least a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education, with a total of 2 years of work experience preferred and a minimum of 3 years of experience in security.
