Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Security Guard role based in Kolkata. The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the physical safety and security of the premises, monitoring and controlling access points, and managing personnel and visitor security. Duties also include proactively identifying and resolving security risks, assisting with customer service inquiries, and maintaining clear and professional communication with all individuals on the premises.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security practices
• Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and interact with individuals on the premises
• Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and professional environment
• Attention to detail and the ability to quickly assess and address security concerns
• Ability to remain calm and react appropriately in emergency or high-pressure situations
• Prior experience in security services is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
