Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons. Patrol the premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unsafe behavior. Maintain entry logs, visitor registers, and incident reports accurately. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergency calls. Ensure that all hospital protocols regarding access control and safety are followed. Inspect and report any irregularities such as unlocked doors, security breaches, or hazards. Assist in crowd control and maintaining order during emergency situations or peak hours. Coordinate with local police, fire, and medical services in case of emergency. Guide and assist patients or visitors when required with directions or basic information. Ensure surveillance cameras, access control systems, and security tools are functional and properly used.
