Security Guard

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and property within the hotel premises. The role involves monitoring activities, managing entry and exit, preventing disturbances, and ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations, especially in the bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain security and safety of guests, staff, and property at all times.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and patrol hotel and bar premises regularly.
• Check IDs at the bar entrance to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Control crowd and handle situations involving intoxicated guests professionally.
• Report suspicious activities, theft, or safety hazards immediately to management.
• Assist in emergency situations such as fire, medical incidents, or evacuations.
• Ensure proper locking of all doors, gates, and storage areas after operation hours.
• Coordinate with local authorities or police when required.
• Maintain daily security logbook and incident reports.
• Support front office and bar team in managing unruly customers when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, alcohol regulations, and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
