RESPONSIBILITIES

(I)Security of the Establishment

• Deployment (numbers) and training of the Security Staff on the aspects related to security of the premise.
• Adherence to Statutory guidelines.
• Ensure all Security apparatus like flap Barriers/Boom Barriers/Baggage scanners etc. are operational.
• Ensure AMC related to this apparatus are up to date.
  

(II)Visitors Access and Control

• Ensure Visitor entry as per the SOP
• Ensure proper search of vehicles that are allowed entry into premises.
• Reception desks to be manned daily. Ensure security guards deployed at the reception areas do not slouch and maintain presentable and a warm atmosphere at the reception, yet ensuring highest levels of security on the floor.
  

(III)Fire Fighting and Safety

• Ensure regular fire drills for security staff.
• Ensure all fire fighting equipment is in order and tested regularly as per the roster. Ensure all emergency fire exits and staircases are kept clear at all times.
• Impart fire training to fire wardens, new joinees and the core fire team regularly.

Liaison

Requirements

• Experience: Retired Navy or Air Force personnel (JCO / NDO Cadre), should have atleast 1-2 years of Corporate experience post-retirement male, based out of Kolkata
• Language: Should be proficient with Bengali, Hindi and English
• Age: Should be below 45 years of age
• Computer Skills: Should be proficient with MS Office
