Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the planning and execution of security projects. Ensure project milestones are met within the defined timelines. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow. Strong understanding of identity and access management principles. Experience with security tools and technologies. Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations. Hands-on experience in implementing security solutions. Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud security solutions. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow. This position is based at our Noida office.
