Security Compliance Analyst

Role Overview: As a Security Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization complies with security policies, standards, and regulations. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate, monitor, and maintain compliance across various frameworks, collaborating with IT and other teams to implement and enforce necessary security measures. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct audits to assess the organization's systems, policies, and procedures against security requirements, regulations, and internal standards. - Develop, update, and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements. - Perform regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities, gaps, and areas of non-compliance. - Track compliance metrics, monitor and report on compliance status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and security metrics. - Collaborate with various teams such as IT, legal, and other departments to ensure that security policies are well understood, implemented, and followed across the organization. - Provide training and guidance to educate employees on security policies, procedures, and best practices. - Stay updated on relevant regulations, standards, and industry trends to effectively perform risk assessments, identify potential threats, and recommend mitigation strategies. - Drive remediation efforts in case of identified security issues and compliance gaps.
