Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead and oversee our cybersecurity operations, strategy, and governance. This role demands a visionary leader with deep technical expertise and strong people management skills to drive excellence across our Security Operations Center (SOC), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Digital Security, Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and more.Roles & Responsibilities:-Lead and manage daily operations across SOC, IAM, GRC, VAPT, DLP, and other cybersecurity domains.-Ensure seamless coordination and execution of cybersecurity initiatives aligned with business goals.-Establish SLAs for engagement requests, assessment completion, include various workflow status to track the progress of the intakes. (eg. open, cancelled, In progress, On hold, complete)-Support the analysis and identification of business inputs for assessment engagement.-Act as the central project lead for cybersecurity and IT operations projects.-Drive project planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams.-Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure alignment with business goals.-Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate as needed.-Maintain and improve operational processes, documentation, and compliance tracking.-Support audits and security assessments by providing relevant project and tool documentation.-Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for tool implementation and upgrades.-Provide operational insights and dashboards to leadership for informed decision-making.-Cultivate talent through coaching, career development, and performance management.-Foster a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and innovation.-Drive customer cadences, reporting, and ensure active participation in client calls.-Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex security concepts into actionable insights.-Promote a culture of security awareness across the organization.-Champion continuous improvement and proactive risk management. Skills:
-Experience in cybersecurity leadership roles.-Proven expertise in SOC, IAM, GRC, VAPT, DLP, and digital security domains.-Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).-Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.-Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Security Delivery Governance.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
