Summary:The candidate will be responsible for design, configuration and delivery of RSA Archer solutions and 3rd party integrations. Resource will be responsible for the development, administration and support of the RSA Archer Platform - including screen design, data fields, calculations, workflows, integrations, etc and working with Business Analysts/Business/technical partners to determine and translate business requirements into technology/functional solutions.Key success factors include building reusable solution components, working with other onshore and offshore consultants to collect configuration and integration specifications, and delivering high-quality implementations for customers. Roles & Responsibilities:Responsible for installation, configuration, customization of RSA-Archer GRC Platform.Create High & low level technical design documents and architecture for RSA-Archer deployment.Create ODAs (on-demand applications) and utilities on Archer platformUpgrade RSA-Archer from previous version to latest versionResponsible for handling the production support activities of RSA-ArcherIntegration of RSA-Archer with 3rd party tools/applications/platformsResponsible for creating data upload/ mail merge templates for automated data feedsPerformance management of RSA-Archer platform Participate in work flow analysis and work flow redesignParticipates in rapid prototyping activities in real-time with the clients to configure the RSA Archer platform to meet client business needsProduce a detailed technical design document and effort estimation for Proposal to match clients requirements/expectationsResponsible for day-to-day Archer POC, Demo, Client Archer design, development, testing, deployment and problem solvingAbility to convert the Business Requirement in Archer Solution.Supply recommendations and subject matter expertise for the development/architecture of the Archer platform. Skills:

Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, information systems management or equivalent area4-6 years of relevant experience in Archer GRC implementation Archer administration certification 5.x/6.xKnowledge of SDLC and VB/Java scripting is a plusExperience in other GRC tools like ServiceNow, MetricStream, Bwise is a plusPrior experience in Audit, risk management, governance, IT security and / or compliance functions a plusExcellent analytical skills and understanding of security processesVery good communication and customer management skillsExcellent command of English (verbal/written)Ability to work with a global teamWell-organized team worker with strong problem solving and leadership skills
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 4- 6 years of experience in RSA Archer Platform Administration.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
