Project Role Description :Define the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals.

Summary:As a Security Architect, you will define the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's systems and data.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Ensure the security architecture aligns with business requirements and performance goals.

Design and implement security solutions to protect the organization's systems and data.

Conduct security assessments and identify vulnerabilities in the existing architecture.

Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.

Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development lifecycle.

Provide guidance and support to development teams on secure coding practices.

Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches.

Conduct security awareness training for employees.

Stay informed about emerging threats and vulnerabilities.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and practices. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Application Security Architecture and Design.

Strong understanding of security principles, standards, and best practices.

Experience in designing and implementing secure architectures.

Knowledge of security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.

Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).

Experience in conducting security assessments and penetration testing.

Ability to analyze complex security issues and provide effective solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Application Security Architecture and Design.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.Qualifications15 years full time education
