About The Role

Project Role :Security Architect

Project Role Description :Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations.

Summary:As a Zscaler Security Operations Specialist, you will handle day-to-day administration and troubleshooting of ZIA and ZPA services. Your role involves configuring policies, monitoring traffic, and resolving user access issues to maintain a secure cloud environment. Roles & Responsibilities:-Must Have Hands-on experience in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) operations.-Strong understanding of Zscaler policy configuration and troubleshooting.-Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, SCI) and traffic analysis.-Basic knowledge of network security principles and protocols (TCP/IP, SSL/TLS) Professional & Technical
Skills:

-Administer ZIA and ZPA policies for secure web access and private application connectivity.-Configure authentication methods (SAML/SCI) and troubleshoot user access issues across ZIA and ZPA.-Monitor traffic logs and analyze security events for anomalies.-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure Zscaler configurations meet compliance and performance goals.-Maintain documentation of Zscaler configurations and operational procedures.-Provide L2 support for incidents related to ZIA and ZPA services.-Participate in change management and policy updates-Experience in Zscaler operations or related network security roles.-Certifications:Zscaler Certified Professional (ZCP) preferred.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Zscaler Architecture.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
