Security and Privacy Compliance Analyst

As a member of the R&D Cybersecurity team at Dexcom Corporation, you will be part of a high-growth, fast-paced environment collaborating with leading-edge software teams to ensure the security of modern diabetes medical device systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cybersecurity and privacy compliance in processes. - Facilitating the completion of security compliance questionnaires for vendors and partners. - Ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and privacy standards such as FedRAMP, NIST, SOC2, ISO 27001, ENS, and EU MDR throughout the product development lifecycle. - Continuously analyzing and identifying compliance gaps in newly released or revised regulations, standards, and guidance documents, and working with program managers and product owners to address them. - Maintaining documents as evidence of continual compliance with standards and presenting them during internal or external audits. - Working with stakeholders across various departments to ensure legal, compliance, and risk management interests are represented. - Partnering with subject matter experts to document risk mitigation activities. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. - Extensive experience and knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy standards such as FedRAMP, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, and relevant regulations. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Technical knowledge associated with cybersecurity and privacy standards in the Medical Device field or other regulated industries.
