Job Description

Total CollectR (product of Total AI Systems Inc.)

You will be the primary person responsible for maintaining SOC 2 and HIPAA readiness, reviewing monthly security reports, managing vendors, and ensuring all compliance tasks are completed on time.

This is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, fast-moving, and experienced in operational security and compliance work.

What Youll Do

Review monthly security and vulnerability reports (Qualys & other vendors)
Manage security vendors (vulnerability scanning, IDS/IPS, pen testing)
Track remediation with engineering and escalate when needed
Maintain SOC 2 & HIPAA controls and evidence in
Secureframe
Prepare audit documentation (screenshots, configs, reports, logs)
Update and maintain internal security & compliance policies
Support risk assessments and incident tracking
Keep the company audit-ready year-round

What Were Looking For

2–5 years in security operations, compliance operations, or vulnerability management
Experience with SOC 2 or HIPAA in a regulated environment
Hands-on experience with Qualys or similar tools
Proven ability to deliver operational tasks consistently and on time
Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
Comfortable being the
sole compliance/security operator
Based in India and available from
11 AM IST

Nice to Have:

Experience with Secureframe (or Drata, Vanta, Tugboat Logic)
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Fintech or highly regulated industry experience
