Securities & Derivative Analyst- C09

As a Securities & Derivative Analyst 1 at our company, your role involves processing orders and transactions from trading desks and branch offices, working closely with the Operations - Transaction Services team. Your primary objective will be to assist in the clearance, settlement, and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Perform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requests - Generate and match trade confirmations following the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) templates - Complete settlement tasks and daily rate revaluations accurately and on time - Coordinate transaction processing issues with the relevant department and collaborate on solutions - Conduct regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities as per established policies - Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports - Participate in General Ledger (GL) proofing exercises as directed Qualifications: - Relevant experience preferred - Fundamental understanding of Investment Ops products, Trade & settlements, and regulatory policies - Proven ability to handle various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment - Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office and other product tools - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education: - Bachelors Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance Please note that this job description gives you an overview of the primary responsibilities.
