Sector Expert / Site Engineer (Electrical)

Role Overview: Voyants Solutions Private Limited, a premier infrastructure consultancy services firm, is seeking Sector Experts for the ongoing Thiruvaroor - Karaikudi Railway Electrification project in the Thiruchirapulli division of Southern Railway. This full-time, on-site role involves supervision and coordination of 25 KV Overhead Electrification (OHE), Power Supply Installations (PSI), and General Electrical works. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the ongoing Thiruvaroor - Karaikudi Railway Electrification project - Collaborate with team members to monitor daily progress - Report to the Resident Engineer for daily job requirements and to the Quality Control Manager for quality aspects - Be prepared to work in any other division of Southern Railway besides the Trichurapalli division - Depending on the role, responsibilities may include supervision of OHE, PSI, or General Electrical works Qualifications Required: - Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in executing railway/road infrastructure projects - OR at least 5 years of experience in SE/SSE or equivalent Grade and above in the Electrical department of Railways or in organizations such as RITES, IRCON, RVNL, Konkan Railway, MRVC, DFCCIL, JVs, or SPVs with the Ministry of Railways - Working knowledge of English is essential - Knowledge of Tamil language is desirable for interacting with the local team Additional Company Details: This project-based role has a duration of 18 months, with deserving candidates being retained by the company for other ongoing and future projects across India.,
