Secretary to Director

You will be joining Jaishni Packs Pvt. Ltd., a well-established company with over 20 years of experience in self-adhesive tape manufacturing, operating under the brand Penguin Tapes. As we continue to grow rapidly in the packaging solutions industry, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Secretary to the Director within our dynamic team. Your main responsibilities will revolve around providing administrative and operational support to the Director. This will include tasks such as drafting and managing emails, letters, and official correspondence, scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and business reports, preparing presentations, as well as maintaining confidential documents. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication and workflow within the organization. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
